All players are required to attend the session with appropriate soccer attire (cleats, shin guards as well as a ball and water)
The season runs from approximately April through June although practice starts in mid-March. Some teams also participate in indoor winter training. Team travel is generally limited to Fairfield County.
Any player that is new to the travel program is required to bring with them to the tryout a completed registration form along with payment. New players may register electronically at www.stamfordsoccer.org, but must bring to the tryouts a copy of the confirmation page or a completed travel registration form. Travel registration forms may be found on the league’s website in the form
section.
In addition to the registration fee, each player will be responsible for paying training fees that range from $200 to $250. There are no
scholarships for training fees.
