Every Travel Team will eventually need a parent coach. In the developmental years (U9, U10), the role of the parent coach is not as vital to the team as these teams have professional coaches and trainers. However, U11 onwards, teams generally have a parent coach.  The training gained in the U9 & U10 years is valuable in later years.
